What if, to understand your skin, you had to start by looking at what's going on inside ?
This is the question that drives Camille Hermann, biologist, author and expert in dermo-nutrition. For more than fifteen years, she has been exploring the links between what we eat, the functioning of our cells and the health of our skin. Her ambition: to make these mechanisms accessible, so that everyone can understand what influences their health and make informed choices.
With a degree in biology from Paris Sorbonne and also trained in nutrition at Harvard University (which counts among its researchers many Nobel Prize winners in physiology or medicine), Camille has built her expertise at the heart of the dermo-cosmetics industry. Research and development, innovation, marketing, communication: she has worked with major international brands, including L'Oréal, Clarins, Beiersdorf — Eucerin, Aquaphor, La Prairie — and Nuxe.
From this journey was born an intimate conviction: the skin deserves to be understood in all its biological dimension. What happens in our cells? How does our diet intervene? What place do metabolism, the microbiota and our lifestyle habits occupy? Through her books, teachings and conferences, Camille uses these questions as a starting point for exploring skin health and aging in a different way.
Based in the United States and representing MD Steven Gundry in France, she takes this curiosity beyond borders with The Game Changer Podcast. Her vocation: to make the French public hear the international voices that nourish reflection on health, metabolic nutrition, genomics research and innovations in the service of the skin and global health.
Go to the source. Ask the questions that matter. Make ideas accessible. From Manhattan to Los Angeles, this approach focuses on the work and approaches of Steven Gundry, Mindy Pelz, Stephanie Venn-Watson, Lisa Mosconi, Walter Willett, Gabrielle Lyon, Gary Taubes, Robert Lustig, Benjamin Bikman, Sally K. Norton, Dave Asprey, Mark Hyman and Will Bulsiewicz, etc. It is also open to personalities in skin innovation such as Dr. Barbara Paldus, scientist and founder of Codex Labs.
Several of these authors have authored books that are among the best sellers of the New York Times. Their ideas arouse international interest; The Game Changer Podcast aims to give the French public the means to discover, examine and deepen their reading.
Behind each meeting, the same requirement: to understand what research teaches us, what it still questions and what it can change in the way we take care of ourselves. So that curiosity becomes knowledge, and that this knowledge helps everyone to decide.
Your skin reflects your biology.
Understanding one begins by exploring the other.
